Italy Market Update: 40HQ Container Of Bamboo Sanitary Pads And Bamboo Sanitary Napkins Loaded This Week

Milan, Italy - A 40HQ container of bamboo sanitary pads rolled out of our Shandong plant and headed for Qingdao Port on the Italy run. This is the third repeat order from the same distributor, and repeat orders are the review that matters most in this business.

What does a palletized 40HQ loading look like?

The container was loaded in two zones. Palletized cartons went in first on the left, wrapped in stretch film and strapped with green PP bands so a forklift can pull them straight out at the destination warehouse. Loose cartons were stacked floor to roof on the right to fill the space - the method that keeps cartons square over a thirty-day sea leg.

Which bamboo products went into this container?

The bulk of the load was Bamboo Sanitary Pads and Bamboo Sanitary Napkins for the everyday range, with Bamboo Fiber Sanitary Pads on the premium shelf. We also topped up Bamboo Disposable Sanitary Pads, Bamboo Sanitary Napkins For Women, Bamboo Period Pads and Bamboo Menstrual Pads - the buyer prefers one supplier for the whole bamboo family. The Female Hygiene Pads Bamboo line is packed in printed retail cartons, Eco Sanitary Pads went in as the entry-price SKU, and Sanitary Napkins For Women filled the plain-carton slot.

How do we keep bulk orders repeatable?

Materials are checked on arrival, pads are inspected on the line, and finished cartons get a third check before sealing, with batch codes filed for full traceability. Our plant runs ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems, and the bamboo range carries OK compost HOME and DIN CERTCO compostability documents along with Oeko-Tex 100 and FSC paperwork. Shandong Sincere Hygiene Product Co., Ltd. ships more than 40 x 40HQ containers a month and exports 100% of output, so every slot is booked into the schedule in advance. Lead time on the order was four weeks from deposit to loading, and the container was sealed and photographed before the truck left the yard.
