TOKYO, Japan - A 40HQ container left our Shandong plant for Tokyo via Qingdao Port, carrying Ultra Thin Sanitary Napkins and Anion Sanitary Napkins For Women for a Japanese importer's restock program. Before sealing, our QC lead called one more carton count with the doors open. That step is written into the loading SOP, and the truck waits for it.
Japanese buyers ask for documentation down to the carton level, so every Japan-bound shipment leaves with a photographed loading record and a packing list that matches the physical rows, row by row. This one was no exception.

Why recount cartons before sealing?
Our QC routine covers three points: materials at intake, production on-line, and a final count with the doors open. The last count is photographed and the seal number goes to the buyer with the shipping documents. This container passed the final count on the first pass, and the truck reached the port as scheduled.
