Q1: What is the life of each pad?
A1: Expiry is 3 years.
Q2: For how long is it recommended to keep a pad on?
A2: Studies have shown that During heavy flow time, it's better to exchange napkins in 2~3 hours. During lightflow time, it's better to exchange napkins in less than 4-5 hours. This is a better way to avoid women-disease.
Q3: Do you have any natural / organic certifications that is accepted by USA and Canada?
A3: Our bamboo fiber is organic. Ecocert SA is an International certification authority in France. They inspected the bamboo collection area according to the EOS standard. And finally get certificate. This certificate can certify that the bamboo we use is Organic bamboo. What we use in our sanitary pads is bamboo fiber from these organic bamboo.

A4: We can't compare price based on different materials and quality. While our sanitary pads are the highest quality which use mostly biodegradable and natural materials. It's healthy for women and good for environment.
Q5: Virgin bamboo pad or silk pads better or your?
A5: Bamboo fiber pads are better because it has natural ANTIBACTERIAL+BACTERIOSTATIC characteristic. Our pads also add some corn fiber which make it be more soft than only bamboo. So we think our pads are the best.
