Mid-Autumn Festival 2019 Holiday Notice & Supply Planning | Bamboo Sanitary Napkins

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Importers holding September bookings with us already know how this works: one short pause at the plant, then the trucks roll towards Qingdao again. Mid-Autumn Festival 2019 falls on Friday 13 September, and the break runs to Sunday the 15th. For buyers tracking Bamboo Sanitary Napkins and adult disposable diapers through the autumn peak, the part that matters is not the mooncake, it is which day our loading gates close. The questions we field in September repeat themselves. Will the cartons booked for late September still catch the vessel? Does the depot take containers during the holiday? If a certificate needs a signature, whose desk does it sit on? Nobody wants to explain a missed cut-off to their own retail buyer.

When does the factory actually stop?

Production halts on 13 September and starts again on 16 September, three days in total, with the legal holiday on the Friday itself. Our planning already pulls the week's export orders forward. Bamboo Sanitary Napkins, Biodegradable Panty Liners, Ultra Thin Sanitary Napkins, Bamboo Period Underwear, overnight maternity pads after delivery, reusable nursing breast pads, menstrual cups and biodegradable tampons clear the loading bay before the break, while Super Soft Adult Diapers, adult disposable pants and leak proof bed pads take the first gate after it.

Which orders still get loaded before the pause?

Anything already booked keeps its slot. Our warehouse manager keeps a paper list taped inside the dispatch office door, container number on the left, destination port on the right. Cartons on that list go out before 12 September, including the loose stock held for buyers still approving artwork on private label packs.

Who keeps an eye on quality while the office is quiet?

Two QC leads stay on rotation and walk the line for ten minutes at every shift change, checking absorbency, seal strength and carton weight, then logging the readings before they clock off. The paperwork stays open too, since ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001, Sedex, Oeko-Tex 100 and FSC files are held on site. Shandong Sincere Hygiene Product Co., Ltd. exports every container it makes, more than forty forty-foot boxes a month, mostly through Qingdao with Tianjin and Ningbo as alternates.

Need your September allocation on the water?

If your September allocation still needs a loading date stamp, send the specification across and we will confirm the window in writing before the depot shuts its gates.
