A: Yes we can provide some free samples for your test. While the courier fee is usually covered by customers. If you need sample, I will check the freight cost for you soon.
Q6: Packaging & Shipping:
A: For different product, we have different packaging strategies. Typically, our products are packaged in either customized paper boxes or plastic bags, and then loaded into reinforced five-layer corrugated cardboard boxes. Additionally, we customize our packaging according to our clients' specific needs, including palletizing, reinforcing with corner protectors, using shrink wrap film, and securing with strapping tape.
Q7: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: For mass production, Our lead time for first order is 35-40 days, for repeat orders is 20-25 days, exceptionally, the delivery time will be shorter or longer base on the urgency and quantity of each order.
Q8: What is your terms of delivery?
A: Normally, our delivery term is FOB, EXW, CFR, CIF. In some cases, other terms are also accepted.
Q9: What kind of files do you accept?
A: We can accept documents in XLSX, DOC, and PDF formats, among others. We also support various image file formats such as JPG, PNG, and TIFF. In the case of printed version, we can work with designs created in PSD, AI, and EPS formats.

A: Normally we accept 40%~50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before loading container.

Q19: SAP paper – what does it contain and how much is chemical?
A: It contains SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer) and wood pulp. SAP is chemical but have no harmful for people. It is widely used in sanitary napkins and disposable diapers.
Q20: Are both colours on nappy and package bag soy based colouring? We haven't seen there is any descriptions. Is the package biodegradable?
A: The current package is not biodegradable, but if you need, we can use biodegradable bags. Just the price will be a little higher. We can use soy print, but the price also need to increase.
Q21: What eco certifications (if any) do you nappies have?
A: Currently we don't have eco certification on the whole nappy. We have SGS test report which certified the nappy is accepted by USA market.
