A1: Our MOQ is 100,000pcs per size. It will take about 45 days to prepare products and 45 days to ship to South Africa. For repeat orders, the production time can be shorten to about 35 days.
Q2: Is your manufacturing facility an USA FDA approved location?
A2: Currently we haven't apply USA FDA yet. But if you need, we can register FDA. Our facility meets FDA standards.
Q3: Do you have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC and Non-GMO certifications?
A3: We have ISO 9001. Our bamboo fiber have FSC certificate. Our corn is Non-GMO, but in Chinese test.
Q4: How long does it take to manufacture once an order has been placed?
A4: Usually lead time is 45 days for first order, and 35 days for repeat orders.
Q5: What methods of payment do you accept for the full-order?
A5: Usually T/T 40% in advance, and the balance be paid before shipment.
