Sincere sanitary napkins use Japanese Sumitomo polymer.
Polymer water absorption chip: by two layers of whole wood pulp wet strong toilet paper wrapped in American IP wood pulp and Japanese Sumitomo polymer, physical thermal pressure, soft, water absorption rate can reach more than 100 times, the surface is flat after water absorption.
Most of the sanitary napkin on the market is fluff pulp: it is bleached wood pulp, grass pulp, etc.(Due to the simplicity of production, many small workshops use recycled black cotton through bleaching and processing). The production process of fluff pulp sanitary napkin is that the crushed fluff pulp is mixed with a certain proportion of polymer as the sanitary napkin filling, which is not fixed due to the uneven distribution of polymer. Lead to uneven water absorption, easy to fault.

FAQ:
Q1: The lining which holds the pad has a 2 cm edge around the bamboo material. Can it be reduced to 1 cm?
A1: It can't be changed. The shape of the pad is difficult to change due to the mould.
Q2: The day and night pad are quite square in shape, can you make the pad more rounded like the image provided below?
A2: Our pads shape also difficult to change. It's normal shape in our market.
Q3: Can the pads be whiter? They have a yellowish colour.
A3: It is mainly bamboo fiber, so it can't be very white. We won't add fluorescent agent which can make it whiter but not healthy.
Q4: What are the Minimum Order Quantity and the costs for the MOQ?
A4: 200,000pcs pad per size.
Q5: Would your company be able to work with on R&D of new products? What is your past experience in doing this sort of R&D work with brands?
A5: We can design new products for you. We can change the material as what you required. But the shape of the pad is almost fixed by our mould. What kind new products do you need? Could you tell us your detail requirement? So that we can check accordingly.
Q6: Is there any certification to the claims of biodegradability?
A6: No such certificate for pads now. Only for the bio film.
