FAQ:
Q1: The 7th layer: wrapping film (biodegradable PLA+PBAT+starch) - can you share what is the source that you are using - corn / sugarcane etc.?
A1: It is mainly from corn starch. PLA is imported from USA.
Q2: Can you also confirm if organic version of the pads is available?
A2: We can't say the whole pad is organic. We can only say the bamboo we used are organic bamboo.
Q3: Have you sent your products before to USA and Canada?
A3: Not have bulk orders, just sent some samples to some customers for testing now.
Q4: How long does production take after placing order?
A4: Usually the lead time is about 35-40 days. It will include the time to prepare raw materials, production and packing, shipment arrangement.
Q5: Would it be possible to initially order only 1000? If yes, what would the cost per unit be?
A5: Our MOQ is 100000pcs per size.
